Student Homestay

Our student accommodation is housed in a 3-storey landed house with beautiful landscape setting within a peaceful enclave, within walking distance to MRT and bus stops. Our house is relatively new and was renovated just two years ago. Parents can have ease of mind when their children stay with us. We are private tutors. Apart from managing students’ wellbeing, We also provide guidance in academic planning and offer tuition for certain primary and secondary schools subjects.

我们的学生寄宿在一个三层的联排别墅，坐落在一个安静美丽的小院，走路即到地铁站和巴士站。 我们的房子比较新，两年前装修的。孩子与我们同住，家长尽管放心。我们是老师，除了管理好学生的身心健康，我们也可以提供学业上的规划指导和中小学文化课补习。

We have a domestic helper who cleans the house everyday. Each bedroom comes with an attached toilet and is cleaned on daily basis.

我们有一个佣人，每天打扫屋子。每间客房都配有一个厕所，每天都会打扫。

Double Rooms and Single Rooms | 双人间和单人间

Students can choose from twin sharing rooms or single rooms. Each student is provided with a bed plus high quality mattress, wardrobe, study table and chair. All rooms come with WIFI access and air-conditioning for optimum comfort for our students. 

学生可以选择双人间或单人间。 每位学生都有一张床和高质量床垫、衣柜和学习桌椅。 所有房间都配有空调, WIFI, 为我们的学生提供最佳的舒适度。

Food / Accommodation / Laundry/Cleaning | 食物/住宿/洗衣/打扫

We provide full homestay services which include meals, accommodation, laundry and room cleaning. Parents need not worry about their child’s wellbeing because we provide healthy food and ensure nutrition balance for growing children. We expect students to abide by our reasonable timetable for eating and sleeping. We also provide counselling when needed. For full homestay services, we charge affordable and reasonable fees.  

我们提供全套学生寄宿服务，包括膳食、住宿、洗衣和房间打扫。父母不必担心孩子的身心健康，因为我们为这些成长中的孩子提供健康的食物并保证营养均衡。我们要求学生遵守我们合理的作息时间，必要时也提供心理指导。 对于全套学生寄宿服务，我们收取负担得起且合理的费用。

Legal Guardian Service |法律监护人服务

A student guardian in Singapore plays a pseudo parental function, looking after the needs of the student, managing their school administrative matters and handling affairs with local authorities, so that parents can have peace of mind on the wellbeing of their child without having to be physically present.

It is a requirement for international students to have a guardian when studying in a local mainstream school in Singapore. For international student studying in an international school who is under the age of 18 years old and not residing with a parent is also required to have a guardian during the duration of their enrollment. Apart from school matters, the guardian is the key point of contact should anything happen to the child in Singapore. The guardian accounts for the child under his/her care and acts on behalf of the parents.

The student guardian is appointed and approved by the parents, and should also fulfill certain requirements on the guardian’s identity. The schools will require the parents of the international students to complete and sign the Guardian Nomination Form. Some of the schools also require the guardian to sign a contract with them. A copy of the Guardian’s NRIC and passport would be required as well for validation purposes.

How we support you as legal guardians:

• Administrative support with local authorities, for example, Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA), Ministry of Education (MOE), Police Stations
• Regular communication and updates with parents on the student’s progress in studies;
• School administrative support, including attending of parent-teacher meet-and-greet sessions and ad-hoc school matters;
• Holistic development of the child, including helping him/her sign-up for classes to build up their interest in a particular area.

Legal guardian service is different from homestay service and is an optional item.

国际学生在新加坡当地主流学校学习时必须有监护人。对于在国际学校就读的未满 18 周岁且不与父母同住的国际学生，在入学期间必须有监护人。除了处理学校相关事务外，如果孩子在新加坡发生任何事情，监护人是主要联系人。监护人为自己照顾的孩子负责，并代表父母行事。

学生监护人由家长指定和批准，还应满足一些关于身份的要求。学校需要国际学生家长填写指定监护人表格并签字。一些学校也需要指定监护人与学校签合同。此外，出于验证目的，还需要监护人的身份证和护照的副本。

作为法定监护人，我们主要提供以下帮助：

与地方当局的行政支持，例如移民局 (ICA)、教育部 (MOE)、警察局;
定期与家长沟通学生的学习进度;
学校行政支持，包括参加家长教师见面会和一些临时事件;
孩子的整体发展，包括帮助他/她报名参加课程以培养他们对特定领域的兴趣.

法律监护人服务不同于家庭寄宿服务，是可选项。
